1⁄4 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp seeded mustard
1⁄2 tsp dried oregano, parsley & sage
2 garlic cloves, diced
4 Tbsp oat bran
1 onion, finely grated
700g turkey mince
Black pepper (to taste)
Method Fry: 5mins, 180° 40mins
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°. Lightly spray a baking dish with Olive Oil spray, wipe away excess with paper towel.
2. Place Garlic & Onion (juice also) into a small frying pan & cook for 5mins to take the rawness out of the onion.
3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with hands. Roll mixture into balls & place in baking dish.
4. Bake in oven for 40mins, turning after 20mins.
