Our Story
Hi, I’m Kat, and these are my sisters! We started TAPfit because I couldn’t lose the 30lbs I had gained after college.
I spent hours on the treadmill every day, tried liquid diets and counted every single calorie I ate – and nothing worked. I was 30lbs overweight, I felt defeated and depressed. It was heartbreaking.
I wanted to fit into my jeans again, I wanted to feel confident walking into a bar, I wanted to feel like ME again.
The problem is… I hated walking into a gym surrounded by men, I needed something I could do at home.
So I started dancing in my living room, and I loved it so much, I started dancing almost every day. It brought joy back into my life, and I lost 30 pounds.
Best of all, I learned to love myself again...
I took my exact process and created a dance program with my sisters called TAPfit, which has now helped thousands of women all over the world…
