6 mini (1-2 large) Truss Tomatoes

1 Red Capsicum

2 Sundried Tomatoes (jarred in olive oil)

Fresh Oregano

Fresh Basil

1 Clove Garlic

Dash Cayenne Pepper

Dash Sea Salt (optional)

1-2 Zucchinis


1. Add all ingredients, except zucchini, into a food processor/blender & blend until ingredients combined but still chunky.

2. Put sauce into a saucepan & heat until it thickens to your preference.

3. Peel skin off a zucchini. Then over a plate/bowl peel the zucchini into strips until you reach the seeds.

4. Pour sauce over raw zucchini & eat! The raw zucchini tastes much like al dente pasta.
