1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
4 graham cracker sheets, broken into 8 pieces
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
¼ cup pecan pieces (optional)
Step 1: Thaw banana and strawberries for ten minutes then blend fruit until smooth in a blender or food processor. If it’s too runny, place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until you can scoop it like ice-cream.
Step 2: Spread the mixture onto graham crackers and place another cracker on top to create a sandwich. Roll the sandwiches in toppings such as dark chocolate chips or pecan pieces.
Step 3: Enjoy or freeze for later.
