4 oz (100g) grilled chicken, diced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup whole-wheat penne
1 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
Step 1: Sauté spinach in one teaspoon olive oil, and toss with chicken, penne, and tomato sauce.
Step 2: Top with Parmesan.
