2 peeled and frozen bananas
2 tablespoons almond or peanut butter
2 tablespoons of almond milk
optional add ins: nuts, fruit, coconut, cocoa powder
Step 1: Chop the bananas and mix with the milk in a blender.
Step 2: Once they are partly chopped up, add in the nut butter.
Step 3: Continue to blend until the consistency is soft-serve. Spoon ice-cream into a bowl and serve.
