Tortilla Soup

32-ounce carton/ 900g organic chicken broth. 2 avocados ½ cup shredded cooked chicken, Tortilla chips Lime
Step 1: Heat up the chicken broth. While it is heating, serve into 2 bowls: avocado chunks, ½ cup cooked chicken and lightly broken tortilla chips. Step 2: Ladle the broth into each bowl and add a squeeze of lime. Garnish with cheddar and cilantro to serve (optional).   Source: Jenny Rosenstrach.
