1 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (4 cups)
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1⁄4 tsp sea salt
1. Roast sesame seeds in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 mins, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
2. Place broccoli in saucepan with 1/2 inch water & bring to a boil. Immediately cover with lid & set timer for 2 mins.
3. Remove from heat & drain. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt & roasted sesame seeds & serve.
