1/2 cup natural nut butter (we used peanut butter but you could use almond, brazil nut or sunflower seed butter).
2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened or melted
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Step 1: 1. Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl, and stir until well-combined. If the ingredients are hard to mix, microwave for 15 minutes and keep stirring.
Step 2: Pour the fudge into a container lined with baking powder and place into the freezer for 30-40 minutes to allow the fudge to set.
Step 3: Remove from freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then use a hot knife to cut the fudge into squares (approximately 8). Store in an airtight container or in the freezer until ready to serve.
