1 cup (140g) raw hazelnuts, lightly toasted
2 tablespoons (15g) raw cacao powder
5 (90g) Medjool dates, pitted.
1 tablespoon (20ml) milk.
Step 1: Place the hazelnuts into a food processor and grind to a fine powder. Add 1 tablespoon of the cacao, dates and milk and continue to process until a dough forms.
Step 2. Place the remaining cacao onto a flat plate. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls then roll in the cacao. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
