2 Chicken Breasts, cut in half
Handful Baby Spinach
Green Beans, chopped
1⁄4 Red Onion, sliced
Juice of 1⁄2 lime
2-3 Tbsp Greek/natural Yoghurt
1. Rub Moroccan seasoning into chicken breasts then cook in a frypan or grill.
2. Chop up & toss the salad together.
3. Add chicken (cut in strips or whole), then pour over dressing (lime & yoghurt).
