1 Mountain Bread wrap, rye
100g oven-roasted chicken breast, skinless
1/4 cup mild salsa
1/2 cup capsicum, chopped
1 cup spinach
2 tablespoon organic low-sodium mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup avocado, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray pan with non-stick spray.
2. Over medium heat, cook bell pepper, and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
3. Spread salsa on wrap and top with chicken and spinach mixture.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
5. Top with avocado slices
