Mango Oats Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk ½ cup low-fat natural yoghurt ½ cup diced mango, fresh or frozen 1 tbsp rolled oats 1 tsp psyllium husks
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice into a tall serving glass. Serve immediately.
