1 cup plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth. Add a little water and mix to desired consistency. Cover and set aside.
Step 2: Spray a cooking pan with oil and place over medium heat. Pour approximately ¼ cup of the mixture into the pan, tilting the pan from side to side so that the mixture covers the entire pan. Cook for about 1 minute and use a spatula to flip. Repeat process for the remainder of the mixture.
Step 3: Garnish with mixed berries or honey to your taste.
