2 cups frozen strawberries
2 frozen sliced bananas
4 tablespoons acai powder
2 teaspoons cocoa nibs
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (or almond or nut butter)
1/2-1 tablespoon of honey (for taste)
shaved dark chocolate
Step 1. Add frozen fruits, acai, almond milk, peanut/nut butter and honey to a blender and blend until smooth & creamy. The consistency should be thicker than that of a smoothie and more like a frozen yoghurt. Add more milk as necessary.
Step 2. Spoon into bowls & top with shaved coconut, chocolate, hazelnuts and sliced banana or your favourite toppings as desired. Enjoy!
