2 pieces of mountain bread
60g or 2 ounces turkey (no skin)
20g or 1 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese
1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
1/2 tbsp fat-free ranch salad dressing
Step 1. Lay mountain bread flat and spread ½ tbsp of fat-free ranch dressing over the mountain bread.
Step 2. In the middle layer the turkey, cheese, tomato slices and lettuce mix.
Step 3. Roll the mountain bread tight and enjoy.
