1/3 cup reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt
1 weetbix or wheat cereal crushed
1 medium banana, chopped
1 cup pineapple juice
Step 1: Blend yoghurt, biscuit, banana and pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass. Add ice if desired. Serve. A
