Blueberry Protein Popsicles

2 cups blueberries

2 Tablespoons agave or honey

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt


Step 1: Blend the blueberries in a food processor or blender on high until they have a smoothie-like consistency.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into a large bowl and stir in the agave/honey. Add yoghurt & mix together. If you’d like a tie-dye look, do not completely mix together.

Step 3: Pour this mixture into the popsicle molds. If your popsicle mold doesn’t already have a stick, freeze for 2 hours and then put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle and place back in the freezer. Continue to freeze for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
