Berry Nice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup low-fat Greek-style yoghurt

1/3 cup skim milk

½ cup frozen mixed berries

2 tbsp walnuts

Method

Add all ingredients to a jar or any container with a tight lid and shake or stir until ingredients are combined well.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
