Banana & Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk 100g or ¾ cup low-fat natural yoghurt ½ banana 100g or ½ cup (3.5 oz) strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2 tsp chia seeds
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice into a tall serving glass. Serve immediately.
