2 cups pitted dates 1 cup dried fruit and nuts
Step 1: In a food processor, blend the dates. At first they will become finely chopped. Keep processing the dates until a big ball forms and stop. Add the dried fruit and nuts. Pulse for a few seconds until it is finely chopped and mixed in with the date mixture. Step 2: Line a small pan with baking paper. Press a small amount of your mixture onto the pan and press down firmly so that all the nuts and fruits are firmly embedded in the mixture. Step 3: Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour.
