1 cup quick oats
Step 1: Pre heat oven to 350 F, 170 C. Add bananas and oats to a bowl. Use a fork to mash until creamed together. Add additional oats if needed. You should have a drop cookie consistency. Add other ingredients if you’d like but make sure you keep the dough moist enough to hold the cookie together.
Step 2: Place on cookie sheet either by small dropfulls or spoon on and flatten top. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
